Never gonna happen im afraid, everyone has access to it, no special setup, or RNG based intrinsic perks are required (IE you dont need certain weapons or exotics to pull it off). If it required a certain item that item would 100% be disabled till it was fixed but Bungie will never fully disable an entire subclass due to their own error. Ive played plenty of comp since Gladd announced it on twitter and havent seen it once yet, in PVE ive seen it a tonne of times already so for the most part the community isnt using in PVP as much as you are making out. To be extra safe just stay away from PVP until its fixed or run it yourself, you know what they say "if you cant beat them, join them, or stay the hell out of the kitchen"

Bungie will never punish players for taking advantage of their own coding mistakes, which I respect. Hopefully this issue is fixed soon, but frankly the infinite slova bomb was much more egregious. To take advantage of this one the player has to spam swords. They can't zip across the map and they are stuck slugging across the map at snail speed spamming the super. Any half competent player with an Arbalest or sniper rifle can delete them right off the map..

I don't know why exploiting game/map is even an option. Bungie has stated many times that players will not be banned for using exploits that exist in the game.

I've never brought crap like that in the Crucible. Even my OeM with Enhanced Hand Cannon Targeting AND Enhanced Sniper Targeting feels too much so i haven't used it - ever. I just want to go as far as i can on my skill and not by being hand held by the game on the expense of other players. But god knows I'm gonna abuse that sh#t in PVE. I just want to enjoy this brief moment of innocent fun.!!!
