I can't remove my steam account from cross save.
the steam account I linked I lost access to, so I created a new one when I went to make the PS4 cross save for this new account, I couldn't get the old one out.

3 RepliesHi there, Thanks for your report. You will need to verify account ownership of any linked accounts prior to adding or removing them from your Bungie.net profile. If you no longer have access to a linked account you will need to reach out to Steam/Microsoft/Sony for account recovery options.

From what I see on my Cross Save page, you should just be able to click "Deactivate Cross Save". It will probably have your redo the setup, but should technically unlink Steam. If you've already tried that, I don't know what else to do.
