15 RepliesEdited by an Ape with a d2 addiction: 12/27/2019 1:18:02 PMRevoker is actually one of the best snipers in game (out of aggressive frames) and a better example of a pvp pinnacle design besides redrix in that they're good for the specific job without being a meta sledgehammer. Revoker has: - snapshot for the ADS speed - no need to worry about ammo conservation in relation to taking risky shots. This is huge especially in survival and elimination. - lowest zoom sniper scope, tied with Twilight Oath. Ease of use. - uncanny in-air and hip-fire accuracy. Great for jump-shots and close-range hipfire bodyshot -> melees - almost maxed out range stat. Jupiter sized head hitboxes. In short it has everything you'd need in a sniper. Most is just not stated on the stat bars and so non-sniper players who haven't tried it have no idea. Even the rushed YT 'reviews' missed most of these back when the gun first came out. Well everything besides being a rapid fire frame. But the 2-tap bodyshot spam might've been too much on top of everything above.

At high levels people will always shoulder peek a lane to bait a shot. Usually the person will miss outright since the idea is to make it look like you will full peek. Once you get them to waste the ammo you can now push the lane safely. It’s now pointless to try and bait shots to get them to waste ammo since they get it back for free. It’s a very strong perk.

1 ReplyAA on that thing is nasty but the pinnacle perk is pretty useless. I mean what's the point if you're landing your shots, sure if you have a zoomy opponent that perk will come in handy but in a skilled hand you will still land your shots, not to mention good zoomy opponents are rare.
