Using a warlock takes a lot of skill and dedication. It takes time to master the hardest class in the game. Bungie likes to challenge us warlocks and make things even more difficult. Warlocks are “Hard Mode” in this game.
You can’t just start a warlock class and be great. If you want something more easier, choose the easiest class in the game. Which is the hunter class. Pretty easy to get kills with by using abilities and now you will be able to OHK people across the map with a throwing knife.
If you want something more easier, choose the easiest class in the game. Which is the hunter class. Something something Arc Web. Hunter has been the only class without a OHK ability, save for Liar's Handshake, which kind of sucks and is rarely used. All three Titan subclasses have Shoulder Charge, and Warlocks have the Arc Web ability and Handheld Supernova. Yes, Hunter's jump ability is what makes them "easy." But no, Warlocks are not hard mode. And neither are Titans. I proved this to a friend of mine when going after the Triumphant Blaze emblem or whatever it's called and got a We Ran Out Of Medals only using Shoulder Charge on my Titan. I'm not the best player, but I'm above average, which may make a difference in how I view the difficulty of each class, simply just because my thumbs work better than most, but I'm pretty sure none of the classes are all that hard. And yes, I main Hunter specifically for the aesthetic. Unique cloaks tickle my fancy more than loin clothes and friendship bracelets.

Edited by Stuupid_Llama: 11/26/2019 8:32:59 AMI'm a titan main returning after years of playing destiny 1 and then destiny 2 at launch, to find so many people complaining about hunters, I played all 3 classes and by far Warlocks feel stupidly cheesy. Run handheld super nova and the mask that Grant's grenade charge with energy weapons and you have a one hit kill every 30 seconds. Titans just shoulder charge and slide and shotgun, while hunters have to rely on being agile, but I've seen warlocks as well that use blink everywhere Warlocks not hard mode and are ezpz

Just spam Handheld Supernova with the "Controversial" holds like every other trash warlock does. Yeah I said it, fight me

2 Replies🤣 hope this is bait bc warlocks are easy mode

9 RepliesEdited by DuBChiri2: 11/24/2019 10:45:30 PMNah titans the hardest. Hardest armor, hardest biceps, smoothest brain, hardest genitalia, hardest to teach to read, hardest fists, hardest to not kill and I could go on. Name 1 thing on the titan that's not hard and you get a medal.

The strongest solo pve build, the best or 2nd best group pve build, the best neutral game for pve, the best supers for pve. If it was this hard then why are so many people using them for so many activities still?

Get over yourself

Hardly see stacks of warlocks always more hunters with a mix of Titans

28 RepliesSeems your post is mostly dedicated towards PvP. Honestly, in my opinion Titans and Warlocks are far easier to use than Hunter. Hunter can create great vertical space, yes. Wormhusk is total easy mode. But Hunter's lack neutral game synergy in a lot of cases and their movement is what makes them shine. That movement also means nothing without gunplay. Granted, that movement is so good in the meta that they're the top class time and time again in PvP. But Titans and Warlocks have several neutral games that have health regen, ability regen, etc. Hunter has like, 2. They have far more synergy than most Hunter classes. Their movement is also far better for aggressive play, as their movement along the x-axis is is far superior to that if a Hunter. That same movement also allows them to create distance along that x-axis way faster than a hunter, allowing them to easily bait shotgun rushers and then backup very quickly. Their movement is more universal while a Hunter's is primarily focused towards baiting corners and getting height quickly. All you have to do when you hear a Hunter jump is look up or wait to prime with a grenade. Those methods don't work with a Warlock or Titan. They can wait until they actually see you rushing, and then make enough space to primary you down very quickly. And then Titan also has some of the best exotics in the game that allow for awesome builds that grant OHK potential or crazy ability spam. Synthoceps, Skullfort, the Wormgod gauntlets, Dunchemarchers, and of course OEM. I say the hardest class us up to debate and the abilities of the player. But can we at the very least agree that Titans are the easiest class in PvE and PvP?

1 ReplyI believe this to be bait, but it looks like some people took it seriously. As a Hunter main, playing a Devour Warlock with Nezeracs Sin (spelling?) and loaded with Void weapons and discipline mods is about as easy as it gets. But you know, iT DonT HaVE TraCKIng oN ThE NoVA BomB!!! (Did I type that right? I'm not cool, I just play a cool guy on TV)

Yes, Warlocks are PVP hard mode.
-
Imagine actually complaining about throwing knife lmao. Supernova crutch cant save you now
-
2 RepliesYea no it’s easy mode. I was under light and shredding mobs in mass. Not shooting much either. Hunter it’s near constant shooting. Titan a mix of both but often boils down to melee more.

63 RepliesEdited by Wraith: 11/24/2019 8:26:56 PMPretty sure warlock is a lot easier lol contraverse hold with hand held super nova is straight free kills, rifts to camp and heal with an over shield? Sounds pretty easy... not good enough for you? Oh wait top tree is getting a buff (the one that’s actually better than bottom tree already) 7 second cool down dodge with no mod help... here’s one of the perfect set ups for warlock. Easily max recovery because you have all 5 slots for mods open, conversive steps for infinite auto reload and increased sprint speed add on traction and a couple mobility mods and combine that with the new buffs coming to top tree all this and wait you still also get your rift too? warlock are easy mode...

Melee speed just needs to be fixed cause they made all melees the same distance but kept the same melee speed.

20 RepliesYea nothing like clearing a room full of enemies with stormtrance. It does where me out you know
-
Yup lock main
-
3 RepliesI mean... If Arc Web didn't give free team wipes and there wasn't a 1 shot grenade (handheld supernove) that you can contantly get back with an exotic, you may have a point

Bruh dodging takes skill u gotta press buttons and stuff and and eh it just takes skill alright

Every time I open these forums, I see another “bait” post by the worlds most shallow un-constructive troll.. I can’t believe these still exist in 2019. These posts:
“Hurr durr, you only THOUGHT I was stupid! Who’s the stupid one now?”
The responses:
“Hurr durr, your opinion doesn’t matter because u r hunter/warlock/titan! xdxdxd”
Just spew insults based on the other person’s character instead of actually debunking the other person’s argument. It’s so easy! We do it in politics, might as well do it in video game debates as well. Great idea.

Proves who the real whiners are.

Nope for me all classes are same

I bought forsaken and got t10 discipline just to run around oneshotting everyone with handheld. It's sad to see you still acting like this after 4 years

7 RepliesSo if I went Legend entirely on my warlock what's that make me?
