That said, if you like the taste of Cap'n Crunch, you can still order a cereal named Quisp, that uses the same basic formula as Cap'n Crunch, but isn't industrial abrasive bits. This was my favorite cereal as a kid. Why they took it off the regular market is beyond me. My sons still buy a carton of boxes of Quisp for my birthday through Amazon.

I’ve actually become my father and I haven’t had cereal in probably 10 years. I get enough in time enough to get my skillet out and make 2 eggs over easy, 3 strips of bacon and some toast has been breakfast for quite some time.
