5 RepliesComp was made for full team effort if u feel ur not able to do that comp is not for u . With skill based matchmaking having potatoes on ur team will become less of a problem making ur solo journey a lot easier but a hard fraught one at the same time like it should feel . Comp right now feels very casual . It is possible to get lucky in competitive and solo to mythic with a 50% win rate but u have to get lucky to not have potatoes bec I’ve seen them even at higher ranks . Fable isn’t a goal anymore it’s too easy and soloing fable is very possible for anyone with atleast a 1.0 kd . But the push for legend u have to have a well oiled team composed of people who know how to play without being told and that’s what’s keeping people from reaching higher heights even though themselves are good enough to reach them . Potatoes are a huge downfall and skill based matchmaking will weed them out into there own matchmaking against other potatoes .

There will still be times where you'll encounter stronger players than you so don't think that solo comp will be a walk in the park, the only difference here is they won't be in a fireteam you can still run in to a three stack.

It'll be interesting to see what happens. I got to around 1850 solo and found a team for that last push to Fabled. I then ended up going all the way to Mythic 2 while trying to get precision kills on permanently invisible Hunters during the Revelry for Luna's Howl. I don't plan on playing Comp unless it's needed for an exotic quest or the pinnacle weapon is good in PvE.

5 RepliesI am honestly just worried this might further account recoving and paid carries. Now the criminals don't need the buyer to be present to boost them. They really need to start IP tracking our accounts, I am tired of getting rofl stomped in comp, I can't get past 100 glory because someone is playing at 1500 level glory while only having a couple hundred.

2 RepliesIts a really good thing, plus what no one is mentioning is that skill lvl matters, there Will be mad skill base matchmaking. So if you are a blueberry you will fight blueberrys, its good this way bots won't get farmed.

My body is so ready for this. Going solo into comp currently is annoying but manageable and quick play is just bleh. Rumbles the only semi decent thing once you get used to a good ol shotgun sandwhiching

7 RepliesI solo comp and got all weapons. I'm not great and my k/d sucks but that just cause I dont care about that. When it comes down to it I busted my ass off soloing comp. It's all about mindset and supporting your team where they lack.
