For a Tie-Breaker round that is actually a good thing if he is wearing Shards of Galanor, normal not so good but still not horrible if he goes to work on envoys directly after popping. Not been talked about much yet, but in the Tie_Breaker round Blade Barrage with Shards of Galanor recharges immediately and can be popped endlessly. Glitched I suppose.

You should still kill the envoys first for enhanced DPS. If your entire team focuses on them right away, they'll be dead in seconds. It's well worth the time to do it since the damage bonus is very significant.
