Lighting a candle for myself because Monday I'm leaving for Florida and will be forced against my will to face my fear of the ocean.
I expect the Lurkers of the Depths to claim me for escaping their wrath in my youth.

I went snorkeling recently, got to see some green sea turtles. They looked really peaceful even with all the tourists clambering around them.

The ocean is awful. It's full of disgusting, smelly creatures that swim around in their own piss and shit, beaches are crowded with annoying people and there's all kinds of things buried in the sands to cut your feet up, -blam!-ing sharks and jellyfish, currents that pull you out to where theres nothing for miles in all directions including down. -blam!- the ocean.
