Tips for massacre medals ?
This is literally all I need for reckoner its the most aggravating thing I've done in a while not because slaying the adds is hard I have no problem with that .. it's 3 yellow bar bosses being on a side at a time stomping you if you get within 40 ft and the adds being so spread out or not being enough around .. or my favorite getting vex getting the kills fast and running into a hobgoblin that goes immuned and screws up the process .. and if you do it with a fireteam no solo que its like telling them don't kill anything so I can get the medal .. but anyway any tips would be helpful...

Burning Maul. Get ahead of your team and kill them as they spawn. At least that’s how I got it for my Titan

1 ReplyTether and machine gun. I was in the same boat and tried every method. Dust off your hunter and rigs. Tether one side of a spawn and focus your efforts on the other spawn. Ideally you want to have everything nice and tethered for your teammates to kill while you take out the other spawn on your own. I got 4 medals in 7 matches this way. It took me about 80 matches to get the first 6 medals trying every subclass and weapon combo. Good luck!

1 ReplyOn the nessus map at the drill, arcstrider, bottom tree striker or a nova bomb, all enemies are packed tight so it's pretty easy there.

Run in a 4 stack so you are actually allowed to kill everything then run devour warlock with a shotgun and recluse.

Risk runner. Proc arc conductor (either yourself or take the damage) and go to town. Works well with hive and cabal in particular. Yellow bars take too long to kill so Target red and orange bars. I main a warlock so threw on bottom tree storm caller and getaway artists. I’d pop either arc soul before attacking for the bit of extra impact. I got 7 of the medals this way. Third wave of ads (or later) is prob your best chance, they’re more likely to have a higher number of red and orange bars. Make sure you have your reaper gear on. I got a massacre medal early on, and realised, I had my collector gear on 😕

Bottom tree striker, synothcepts, full points for reaper armor. Throw your pulse grenade, kill a yellow bar with jotun, use your super, throw grenades while in super. Rally barricade, jotun, spam pulse grenades, more jotun. How I got my massacre medals. Know enemy spawns. I got one last night just throwing pulse grenades in the right place, jotun, and melee. The timer resets on kill so melee a lot. Nova bomb for warlock. Hunter no clue.

It's broken. I've gotten thrillmonger multiple times within 15-20 seconds of engaging the first enemy without getting massacre.
