No, handcannons need nerfing in general, far too effective at too great a range and speed. Outbreak is sitting where pulse rifles should be... but HC still >outbreak. The weapons in this game are all out of wack.

You’re complaining about a 450 pulse that gives 0 flinch and hasn’t got much range. Number 2. Your “-blam!-” as I’ll call it, gives no example as to why it should be nerfed, and no idea as to how.
