Not Bringing Trials back is Lazy

If trails came back the way it was in D1, it would not have the same effect. Bungie knows that it would not succeed and so their resources are spent other places instead of wasting there time. Dont get me wrong I loved trails so much and i am sad to see it will never return. But, it is lazy for them to not do anything new to PvP.

Personally, with all of those people trying to "farm kd" and cheat and offer to win for a price, I'd be fine if Trials NEVER returned. Competitive is already sweaty enough, bringing trials back would maybe loosen up competitive a bit on the weekends, but the same elitist attitudes and "make me money" posts would run rampant again

Can we focus on something new instead of b**ching and crying about stuff that is old and out dates? Boo hoo I want this old exotic back, boo hoo I want Trials back. Boo hoo we should have more of this weapon. How about new weapons, New activities, How about new exotics?

5 RepliesThey’ve stated their reason for it. It’d be lazy to put in a game system that doesn’t work for D2. Trials was perfect in D1 and enjoyed. For D2 the whole entirety of PvP was different, 4v4 and special weapons were locked behind power and scarce. Long range meta and dreadful team shooting because of the high trek. Trials of the nine was weird and absurd to us. They couldn’t keep that up with how unhappy we were. So the change was to take it away. People today are still upset with regular comp. So why would bungie introduce another competitive mode, so we can bitch and complain about how unfair or unrewarding it is. I mean people are mad with the cool downs in crimson doubles. Bungie can’t give us a new great competitive experience but they can give us a semblance of that by just reintroducing skirmish at least

2 RepliesActually, it's common sense. Loved by few (mainly cheats and internet beggars (streamers and paid recoveries)), loathed by many. It's also disgraceful to even consider having a pinnacle PvP playlist when the base PvP experience is so fundamentally flawed and worthless.

4 RepliesSure, let’s bring back the salt mine that was Trials. Players who cheated will rejoice. It’ll be nothing but Dust rock blues, lunas howl and wardcliff...just like regular crucible. Not bringing back Trials was a good decision.

5 RepliesTrials is not for me. But we need it. Not liking trials does not mean having trials doesn't benefit you, here's why I want trials back. Having trials on the weekend meant the majority of the streamers or serious players including the hackers/cheaters left the regular playlists like quickplay and rumble for us solo queue players and players that want to play for fun and test new loadouts without being stomped by the same old meta game after game or solo queuing against full teams. Trials is needed for that balance, comp is not near as good as trials at doing this because it doesn't have it's own loot pool besides a pinnacle weapon system which kinda sucks and promotes cheating or recoveries. And matchmaking in comp doesn't seem to consider solo vs fireteam. Trials deals with this with no matchmaking, always a fireteam vs a fireteam.

Because having more topics pop up every friday-monday about: 1: People who suck crying they got DDOS'd when they really didn't 2: People crying about the meta in Trials and screaming for Nerfs 3: People actually getting DDOS'd and blaming Bungie for their shitty security 4: People crying about [b]Paid Carries[/b] and the ever popular [b]Account Recoveries[/b] that Bungie can do [b][i]NOTHING[/i][/b] about. 5: People crying about facing Sweats and Tryhards who have gone "Flawless" several times over. 6: People crying about the posts in the Fireteams Tab having "Ridiculous" requirements for teams. 7: People crying about people crying. (See what I did there?) Yep. That is exactly what we need around here.

2 RepliesCrazy ppl call dev team lazy. Alot goes into making a game man. Mishandled maybe? I don't know I can't find the word for it. But definitely not lazy. Coding isn't easy. And they just split from Activision. Making new content for the year. And also destiny 3. I'm sure devs are working there asses off
