The shatter throne opens tomorrow as tomorrow is week 3 in the curse cycle.
As for the bounty, are you using weapons made from the forges such as: blast furnace, spiteful fang, tatara gaze, kindled orchid, ringing nail, hammerhead, and what ever the sword is called? If you are trying to do it on your warlock that SMG is not a black armory forge weapon.

Thank you... I have used the bow, hammerhead and tatara gaze as a combo and nothing. I will keep on trying.
