No Rampage Spec after 30+ purchases
Title says it all. Is it just me or is anyone else missing one mod they're after? my probability of NOT getting a rampage spec after over 30 black armory purchases is actually insanely low if this shite is truly random.

I got it second try. If it makes you feel better, it isn't that great. It's ok on an auto rifle, but disappointing on a hand cannon.

Took me forever to get a Dragonfly spec but I've gotten 4 now. It's just rng. I buy 2 a day and no more. Theyll drop.
