Gotta say I really regret offering to split the pizza bill tonight...
Apparently two pepperoni pizzas and an order of bread sticks at Pizza Hut is about $50.
Welp, guess I'm broke now.
Edit: Just to clarify, that order is my half of the bill. We got 5 pizzas, 12 breadsticks, and 4 soda pop drinkin stuffs.

Pizza is damned expensive and honestly, when I worked in the industry years ago, we charged $19.99 for a supreme, with a coupon, it was $12.99. the actual cost, with rent, utilities and payroll factored in, was $3.50 for a large. That was damn near $10 per pie profit. Yet we still charge a $2 delivery fee and only gave the drivers 75¢.......mind you, they drove their own vehicles, paid for their own fuel and maintenance, etc. It was moronic. The owner of the local chain went through the roof when he found out we were trading pizza for discounts at a couple of the local shops to help our drivers out. We were still writing the pizzas off, so it wasn't throwing off inventory and it was keeping our drivers from leaving, so it was worth it.
