Increase golden gun damage in gambit
Arcstaff with raiden flux can take out both primeval envoys with some energy left for the boss, but 6 shot gg can't even kill one of the envoys. This needs to be buffed WITHOUT nerfing arcstaff.

6 RepliesSo you're saying that a base super should do as much damage, at a faster rate, as a super that's being complimented with an exotic? Yup, seems balanced... But then I want my Hammers of Sol to kill Primeval Envoys in 2 hits as well.

If you switch to bottom tree with Nighthawk you drop around 550k instead on Riven. You simple chose the wrong subclass tree for the job, which I am not blaming you, none of the descriptions on [b]anything[/b] clarifies what “more” is. Everything in Destiny is trial and error. With that being said, if they tweak it, it can have game breaking effects like sudden no one will raid with anyone without Nighthawk exotic because LFG is toxic and lazy. EI: Riven cheese will be Hunters only so it’s first try everytime.

U are comparing super with exotic to improve it to super without exotic, so i would say it would be better if bungie makes new exotic armor for 6 shooter gg that increases its dmg after hits or has even more shots to shoot rather than just blanked buff to 6 shooter gg

2 RepliesI have no problem with my supers in Gambit and that includes Golden Gun unless you not aiming at the head then you have failed to understand that headshots with the Golden Gun work more then body shots

Why only in gambit? Just increase the damage in general. It is without question the absolute weakest PVE super ever. Maybe give it combustion with sunshot chaining capabilities...

I use it for invasions. But you can kill envoys easy with a shotgun anyway. You sound like you solo queue. I would only use Tether/Rigs or BB.

I’d not used GG in gambit until yesterday and yes it felt so underpowered.
