Reduce range on pulse rifles
They should not be out performing scout rifles. That is all.

Problem is map size my friend. There are no maps large enough justify using scout rifles properly (providing they get fixed)

Seriously?! Scout rifles are busted, we all know that, but you're asking to bust another weapon archetype to be comparable to an already busted archetype?! How about this [i]crazy[/i] alternative. Fix scout rifles!! (Incidentally in PvP, scout rifles aren't nearly as bad as a lot of you are complaining about).
