Best way to get mods or mod components?

2 Repliesyea im not a fan of what they did to mods either... I dont understand why you dont get them for leveling up the weaponsmith... It cost 100 weapo parts for one level up and you get a under ight level package so why doesnt it at least include mod components ??? Another step backwards like masterwork cores for infusion lol
