Come off it. Would you tell bmw how to make a car? I mean you might and they might politely listen and say they care about your opinion, but if they value their own expertise they would rely on no one but themselves.

No I would t tell bmw how to build a car. But if I bought their car and found a few functions annoying I would be happy to tell them about it, and also tell them about the things I liked. Customer feedback is important. There are a lot of really great things in forsaken. There are also some things that need improvement. We should tell them what we thing misses or hits the mark.

Customer feedback is often merely a pr exercise. Especially when it comes to products that require masses of technical expertise and design talent. The customer simply doesn’t know best.
