Is Pokegenning still possible?
By which I mean can PKHex and powersaves be used to generate legal, WiFi-battle ready Pokemon?

43 RepliesEdited by Cozyman Cam: 7/28/2018 1:22:04 AMNot legitimate. Generated Pokémon are never legitimate. They can be legal. I really don't know whether or not Powersaves has remained up to date. PKHeX, however, has and it is my preferred method of save editing. With PKHeX, you will need to be able to extract the save file and transfer it from the 3DS SD card to your computer with PKHeX. To extract the save file, you will need to hack your 3DS console. There are guides on how to do so hosted at GBATemp. You can find the latest version of PKHeX at Project Pokémon.

11 RepliesNo. PKHex has been patched out on 3ds and the creators aren’t going to release any new versions. Also the game doesn’t allow the trading, transferring, or battling of hacked pokemon. Pokemon showdown is a thing though
