Huh, thats strange, it's infuriating because with all the things I've tried to do to fix it I'm not sure if it's a fault on my end or theirs, but it's not like I can even tell them or ask for help from them directly so R.I.P.

I guess we just have to wait to see if they release a patch that'll resolve it, I'm just doubtful because it seems theres a minority with this specific issue which can't seem to be fixed by doing what they recommend and more, this is why I wish I could contact them instead of posting on a forum and hoping they see it, ah well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I even tried talking to them through Facebook. Not only was the first question "xbox or ps4", but when I told them PC they told me to go try youtube. Are you freaking kidding me?! Youtube?! BULL!! I've tried every trick I know. It's not on my end. If Bungie doesn't get their crap in gear I'm calling them up and demanding my money back.

Same, I wonder if I'd be even be able to get my money back, I got the season pass and have played CoO, but its definitely not right because we're unable to play content that we payed for so yeah, you'd think they'd take something like that more seriously.

I've been working the past couple of days with my service provider. We're not seeing anything unusual on my end. Tried updating some firmware that was out of date, but that didn't fix the problem. From what we can tell, everything is fine on our end. So it MUST be on their end, and they need to get their crap together, because apparently this error code has been going on since March, and they still don't have squat for it. Notice how you got the one condescending message from someone, and nothing else since we've been able to play just fine in the past with our routers? Apparently Bungie doesn't want to keep their customers. Even if it is on our end, they need to be working with us to get it resolved; that's called Customer Service.
