Game does not start...

Hi, I bought D2 yesterday but the game does not start at all... [url=https://uploadix.de/image/v8s][img]https://uploadix.de/images/2018/03/22/D2_1.md.jpg[/img][/url] When I try to start the game, there is only a black screen and the Windows error message that the game is not working, followed by this message: [url=https://uploadix.de/image/v8m][img]https://uploadix.de/images/2018/03/22/D2_2.th.jpg[/img][/url] I already opened a ticket at Blizzard (Ticket ID EU61532107) tried all help suggested but it did not help. [url=https://uploadix.de/image/v8N][img]https://uploadix.de/images/2018/03/22/Blizz.md.jpg[/img][/url] No, all that didn't help... The antivirus program and all background programs were disabled, my PC is even better than the recommended requirements for the game, the drivers are up to date and the repair tool didn't find any bugs and a new installation didn't work either....I am stunned and angry that I haven't seen a second of Destiny 2 yet. ..................what to do?

  • It appears that you may have a memory issue causing trouble. It's difficult to guess if it's video RAM or system RAM. To determine whether these are failing you should check your event viewer for errors and troubleshoot those. This may also clear up the issues you're seeing with other games and programs.       • Have you tried uninstalling Destiny 2 and reinstalling it or, if you have another hard drive in your computer, installing the game on the other hard drive?
