Hunters get screwed again! Stalkers super (tether) doesn't kill anything. Our grenade all suck. Recovery as a stats is bad or non-existing. And now you nerf our invisibility. You can still see us running while invis. The only fun exploit we have. We should have gotten a buff! Titans can kill everything, shoulder charge, great (2) grenades, striker, Cap America, and fire thor. Warlocks are gods....... rain fire from above, tickle figures the whole field, Super Ka- Mai- ya everyone, teleport all over, hover, make the floor trob, but we hunters (stalkers) we can run away fast. We get nerfed again just like D1. I get it people love the cape and hood........ We run fast. You keep killing the fun in D2 and don't learn anything.

Edited by Semtex: 3/19/2018 5:37:47 PMAs someone who only plays Arcstrider I'd say hunters are a very well off class in the games current meta. Let me give examples to prove my point... We're able to dodge gunfire while instantly reloading our weapon. We have the ability to cancel supers on multiple enemies. We can pull out an electrified one hit kill bo staff and dodge as much as we want until our super runs out. We have a golden gun that shoots between 3-6 shots before running out that can instantly kill targets. We have the best mobility of the 3 classes which means traversing the map to scout or flank enemies is our bread and butter... We also have various grenades exclusive to hunters that are devastating and easy to use. I would say that as a class we're OP enough as is but combine these things with how easy it is to play a hunter for someone new to destiny vs a hunter being in the hands of an experienced player and it has all it needs for it to be used and abused ; )

3 RepliesEdited by Marsirina: 3/9/2018 2:47:54 PMLoooool - a hunter main obviously - every one knows that hunter is the best and easiest class to play and right now getting matched against 3 or 4 hunters is simply a good reason to quit. Actually anyone I know has his best kds with the hunter class. So stop crying about poor hunters. Cry about the ttk they won't change!!! But well just checked your stats - an invis hunter with acrius - what to say more?
-
You maaaaaaay be playing your class wrong. Tons of people are wrecking shop in crucible with hunters right now.
-
Boohoo. Grab a box of tissues and suck it up buttercup.
-
2 RepliesOh no, you'll actually have to rely on gunskill instead of your crutch ability... Actually, for you, that may be an issue.
-
4 RepliesIt’s not a nerf, it’s fixing something that was an unintended benefit. Besides way I read it they are getting an additional second on the length of invis. Match that with the exotic to double duration and guess what, I’d say it’s stronger - especially for no radar competitive/Trials. Expect matches to still be cock heavy with hunters, expect them to sword camp and bounce jump even more - cos this is fun, everyone’s having fun....
-
1 ReplyI think everyone got screwed hunter were the first casualties just you wait titans & warlock will be next
-
People like you are the reason D2 sucks
-
7 RepliesYou need your head checked bro. Having the ability to go invis every 30 seconds, break aim assist all in one is a crutch. Plus they added one more second of invis. Go lean on something else.
-
2 RepliesNope. You're wrong. Hunters are doin' just fine, thank you very much. Nightstalker isn't the only subclass we got, and if you really can't handle getting shot while invisible, perhaps try shooting back. With primaries, please, instead of the increased power ammo.

2 RepliesEdited by Niinja Slayer: 3/9/2018 1:42:07 AMHunters needed it this time. They needed the nerfs badly.

7 Repliesyour crybaby tears are delicious.... mmmhhhhhmmm

5 RepliesIt's a good thing they getting nerfed. The invis is broken right now
-
Invis nerf was needed but theather and granades not smoke needs a buff
-
Dude, how is it fun to run against 4 nightstalkers every game who suppress any supers everyone else uses. Not to mention I think an aim assist breaking invis with short cooldown is much more useful than any grenade period. Arcstrider is getting buffed yet you are only worried about one tree of a "super that only tethers". If you don't like the super play a different class you dolt.
-
And that is why I’m glad I’m a warlock main now
-
1 ReplyAnother welfare Hunter.
-
looks like a salty hunter main right here

1 ReplyIn what world can Strikers get a 1-hit-kill with Shoulder Charge? I only ask because I've been doing this all day, and it doesn't even break an opponent's shields on the initial hit...meanwhile, I've been 1-hit-melee'd at full health by so many Hunters I've lost track. My Titan is the closest thing I have to a meta-build character (Kinetic Auto + Valakadyn), and "kill everything" isn't exactly my experience. If Invis is the only fun you're having as a Hunter, you're doing it wrong - Hunters are ranged characters, the Invis is SUPPOSED to be a diversion tactic at a distance to get a sneaky Scout hit or two in, not a cheap bluff inside melee range. The reason it's getting nerfed is because no one's using it right, they're running Autos and Quickfang instead of holding to the Hunter ethos. If you're doing Hunter right, save your Invis for when 'Locks and Titans pop their super, hang back, and drop them before the Lightning/Hammers get anywhere near you. It's a beautiful thing to watch CQ builds try to take on ranged builds when they're actually playing ranged. Any Hunter close enough to "tickle" anyone deserves what they get. Shouldn't've been that close in the first place, wouldn't've been a problem.

You still have you invs but you can be aim at now - there was TONS of ppl ABUSING this skill stacked teams of Stalkers hitting inv with Antiope-D (doge to reload this sh£$t) So yeah i understand you frustration but game need it. I dont think it will be ever good balance but at least we can eliminate things prone to abuse. cheers

Going invisible shouldn’t remove you from the radar and if they are giving Hunters one more second of invisibility, they really should consider keeping their signature on the radar.

Good -blam!- hunters

We lost blink too

Want a super that does damage? Yeh use gunslinger and the tether is a tether u know what tether means?.. Probs not,

2 RepliesSorry, pal, Spike is the best grenade in the game, the second best is arcbolt. Hunters have access to both, and even exclusively to the strongest one. Smoke is the best melee charge in the game, second one Combinatiom Blow with extended melee range. Dodge is actually better ability overall than Rift or Barrier. I am sorry, but you sir have no idea what you are talking about.
