Most of you have more than valid points. I am a Destiny year one player and I like some of the old exotics coming back. Especially the ones that didn't get much love or ones that were just out classed (Jade Rabbit and Telesto). I have an issue with Mida being back. That's the only one so far and also what some of you fail to take into consideration is some people didn't play D1. So no matter what these "old" exotics are still new to them. But I'll make a hypothetical deal with you guys. Say the DLC was 15$ but the old exotic weapon bundle was 5$ would that make you happy?
Keep in mind I'm not trying to defend Bungie but I'm also not trying to drag them through the dirt either.

Bringing back old exotics is just lazy,if they really had to add them,put them at eververse,so people could have a choice to buy them.

I can get on board with the eververse idea. But then you're going down the road of "pay to win" which I feel is far worse and a slippery slope.
