Titan Melee Damage not working properly.
So far, I've experienced this glitch mostly on the sunbreaker. So while me and an enemy are in a fight, while the enemy is either moving around or attacking me with a melee, sometimes my melee will only do 10-13 damage to the player not causing any significant damage. It's happened a lot recently. I don't know if it's a bug or glitch or something else but a lot of other people say they experienced the same thing.

Are you noticing it in the Crucible more, or during Strikes/Raids/Patrols?
