Anyone else curious how exactly we get our light back or our ghost?
The first mission pretty much strips us from everything we had. However, in the beta strike and pvp arena, we have our ghosts, we have our light, we have our super. we have every ability unlocked making it feel like we never lost anything. Beta was fun. I am just curious when and how we get everything back. Probably when we defeat Gary and unlock the hold his device had on The Traveler.

SIVA effects our light and charges it in Aksis. Maybe that helps us?

1 ReplyWell My theory is, at the farm there looks to be a makeshift replica resembling the traveler, that's powered by electricity. So I'm thinking that's probably are temporary source of light, I could be wrong but that would be my best guest atm. Thoughts?

After a massive 4 mission campaign and a epic battle with a fake 1 player Gary you will destroy the shied over the traveler. (4 mission part for trollers was just a joke knock at the weak roi dlc)

Probably because: 1. The Traveller was trying to "wake up" during the battle, but was not able to do so in time to affect the intial outcome. 2. That effort to "wake up" activates the shard that is in the EDZ, and we are able to draw Light from it, while we work to free the Traveller from the Red Guard.

That is part of the D2 story that we will have to wait to find out the full details. However something in the European Dead Zone most likely had something to do with it.

Im guessing we find our ghost and then get our super back from the travelers shard in EDZ.
