Cannon finished with the bartender and turned to her.
"You look a bit shaken up. You alright?"
He asked, sitting down and wrapping an arm around her shoulders.

-
"Yes, I'm fine. A bit tired though." She leaned on him lightly.
-
"You sure you don't want to head home? I was going to look around what's left of the clan village, and I doubt you want to come along for that." He sounded a bit concerned, knowing she didn't take death well at all.
-
"I think I'll stay with you for a while longer....I want to feel safe right now." She clung to Cannon. "Maybe we can just go home? Together?"
-
"I doubt Iso would want to see me, and you probably don't want to spend the night on my ship. Besides, I need to find out what happend to that man. Someone hurt him." He hugged his daughter as he spoke.
-
"O-Okay, I'm coming with as backup. You can't say no to that either or else I'll just follow anyway."
-
"Traci..." He gave her an odd look, wondering what was up. "Fine. But don't tell Iso, alright?" His voice was joking.
-
"She'd want me to spend more time with you anyway." She snickered and got up.
-
He smiled slightly, moving to stand up. "No randomly summoning swords in my ship this time, alright? I just got the walls repainted from last time." He joked again, referencing the morning he'd met her.
-
"I'll try not to, father...but no promises." She joked as she walked towards the door.
-
For the first time in a while she heard her father laugh as he followed her out. "The ship's about a block away." He told her as they walked.
-
"Alrighty then." She hummed a little tune as they walked down the block.
-
They arrived at his ship, the ramp lowering for them. "All aboard." Cannon called as he stepped in.
-
She quickly stepped in and sat down. "Ready for takeoff, captain!"
-
He looked around the inside of the ship before sitting down. "This ship brings back memories..." He smiled and started to power it up.
-
She sat there, rocking back and forth in her seat still humming the tune as she waited for her father to start flying.
-
The ship slowly lifted off, it's engines humming. From his smile, It's easy to tell Cannon loves this ship a lot.
-
Traci just remained seated. Nothing too big happening with her.
-
"So, how have you been the last couple days?" Cannon asked her, trying to avoid awkward silence.
-
"...Okay, I guess." She paused for a second before answering.
-
He noticed, and glanced at her. "Right... What's wrong ad'ika?" He frowned.
-
She looked over with a raised brow. "What do you think?"
-
"... Right. Sorry." He sighed and looked back at the viewport, frowning. "Kriff... I'm sorry Traci."
-
"It's fine, father....Whatever...." She turned away and sighed.
-
"No, it's not. It's hurting you." He sighed, angry at himself for bringing this up.
-
"You shouldn't worry about me. It's fine." Traci just kept her head turned away. "Are we there yet?"
