Iron banner so far.
Well I got some hate mail from someone telling me to learn how to use my weapon and stop using supers and grenades in mayhem. True story.
The mayhem golden rule:
"Super and grenade others as they would super and grenade you".

I swear it happened to me 15 times in one of my latest games. NOTE: I never said it was unreasonable if I was a striker main I would do it to. I just said it bothered me.

Sad thing is: The games doesn't count for your stats. I've got at least 3 15 kill streaks and 9 out of 11 matches were a landslide win...all solo.

1 ReplyAfter playing a metric ton on Crucible/Iron Banner I decided to skip the last two IB events as a result of the screwed up weapons update taking most of the fun out of the game on my end. Decided to jump back in for awhile yesterday and today. Man is it bad! I have absolutely not a single complaint with any of the Supers or weapons, but I'm being serious when I say that the matchmaking and behind the scene balancing/gimping trickery actually makes me sick to my stomach. For some of us you just feel so hopeless knowing that the majority of the wins and losses are pre-determined before the match actually starts. Taking away the competitive nature just really takes a lot of fun out of the game. Having said that, it's logically safe to assume that other players are on the other side of the coin and enjoying the hell out of easily winning more frequently. I can't even imagine how glorious that must feel.

I've been running boolean gemini and beem taking out titans with hammers. I think this is the most underrated exotic in the game. Hits like a freight train. It does enough to get my super up

1 ReplyTuesday Night No Lag Wednesday Night No Lag Tonight: Overrun by red bar warriors. They were everywhere we were afraid to leave our spawn, at one point they were coming out of the walls like cockroaches. Bullets couldn't kill them, I think they thrived on Fists of Havoc. There was one Hunter we will tell stories about to our grandkids. He would be running in front of you taking no damage then like a ghost teleport behind you and kill you with a blink strike. The story of him eating a Nova Bomb like a cookie to only disappear and then reappear behind us as a Blade Dancer; deflecting rockets and grenades like they were cotton candy will be used to scare children for generations.

I haven't had many matches below 1.5 k/d, most are over 2.0. I'm using GG of course, and on my alt account, I got around 4 primary kills before hitting rank 5. On my main, I have 2. It's been rather boring spamming nades and GG, but I figure my k/d could use a bump, so I'll take advantage of it while it's available. The worst thing is the matchmaking. In my last 16 games, 2 were not join in progress, and the matchmaking only searched for a lobby 20 seconds or less. Personally, I'd prefer to wait a minute to search for a fresh match. I now refuse to play any match that is a join in progress, and quit from the character change menu when flying into one. Although it's not as bad joining a match in progress in mayhem, I'm just not putting up with it anymore.

3 RepliesIB so far. Goldy's throwing trip mines everywhere. Nova locks throwing grapes everywhere. Sunbreakers throwing fusions everywhere. It was fun the first day. Now I'm waiting for reset so I can actually play a real crucible game mode.
