Keep it up and stick to your roots. -Thoughts on The Dawning Still seems a little weighted on the "pay to get side". 6 (free) boxes to get 1 pice of armor, but I can buy a box and get a armor piece each time. Adding a way to get them free was nice. Adding a way to get past items for silver was nice. Need to do this with all "old event" stuff. Crimson shell added to after game rewards. Thank you (even if you still drop me 2 -blam!-ing surgery shells). -Strike Scoring For me this killed strikes. People not reviving others. People still rushing. The bounties is what's doing it. Some are team based, but the others (streaks, rainbows, etc.) makes people avoids helping to get them done (leaving people down so they don't "steal" kills). The armor looks nice. Sad I don't have any where to put it. -Queen's Wrath Again no place to hold the armor. Nice to level up fast but still getting 2x class items. Ship still won't drop. -SRL Fun for a whole day then came the bumping. Would not bother me as much if it was even, but I get knocked around like a rag doll and any one I bump is like hitting a brick wall. Recoverable armor is great. No longer need to hold it all year. Missed the book last year. Would have been nice to be able to get the armor this year. -That damn forklift Don't get it. Inside boost around it no problem. Only time I hit it was when I was shoved into it. That not the forklifts fault, it the dirty racers and the devs lack of fixing it fault (to the devs fix stuff stop making excuses. Do your job and fix stuff). -Upgrading Legendary Sparrows Already done. Really don't want todo it again. Would be nice to change the color on the trail. Nice use of chroma. -Cayde and Ikora Love it. Nice to hear some funny lines. -New Nexus = VoG return? I can't find people to do the current raid. It will just make it worse to bring them back. More stuff I can't do only because I can't force my friends to play the game. People will do the raid with there 6 people, never do it again, Then call me a scrub because I have not did it. I like it better if they just used elements of the old raids in other new parts of the game. Like this strike. -No weapon balance patch Sorry the game is not balanced. Guns still need work (you know the ones). Ignoring the problem won't help. Small tweaks to see what works and what don't is what's needs to be done not the sweeping changes like before. This would mean more work for bungie and we know the devs don't want to work on anything (it seems). -Progression year 3 Still feel the same. Nice there is just more ways to get light. -Paid Trials ads on bnet Ban them. Both from the game and forums. They have killed the game mode. Player base for trials has took a nose dive due to this cancer. Something needs to be done asap. Bungie should not be letting 1% turn a part of the game into "pay-to-play". -Ornaments as transmog Only if it reduces what I need to keep to free up vault space. Breaking down gear with one on it should refund it back to you. -Favorite moments of The Dawning I'll let you know when I get my damn Crimson ghost and queens ship. Other than that have not had much fun.

1) Sols, on Shout outs: While I can enjoy some of the shout outs during matches, it did become frustrating when players would lag out, bail, quit... and because a team would be under staffed having shout outs in the nature of "Fight back!" and "Fight back" and "FIGHT BACK" match after match begins to grate on your nerves, especially since the red barring players and teammates who leave without eviction notices posted can cause enough frustration. 😉 Even better is when players with mics start yelling BACK "I am fighting back shut the ____ up you _______ piece of _______ and ____ off God _______ dammit ". I can relate to the other responses given in this episode as well of course. But HERES what I'm wondering if Bungie has even considered and if they haven't I'd be shocked, because it truly does improve them all. When players are receiving Legendaries, there can be an "independent trait" or "characteristic" for a Legendary. Granted, if other players receive the legendary you have, they can be very similar. Some minor differences can exist. Those minor changes however can majorly differentiate your legendary from their legendary. If Bungie took every Exotic in the game, whether a weapon, or armor, and added ONE node (call it the exotic node for now) to each... That exotic node can have a functionality or has a trait that is from a pool of traits and defines the individuality of your exotic so it is... Exotic. In short, as an example, three players have a thunderlord. Right now, not much in the traits of it between three players makes it exotic. If Bungie ADDED the "exotic node", to each of these thunderlords, each thunderlord has 1 trait that majorly differentiates them. 1 has an exotic node that has a "Rate of fire slider bar that determines its rate of fire, called->Quicksilver". Next players thunderlord has "a node that provides lightning strikes on your target when the targets feet are on the ground, every 2nd hit, with a 3 minute cool down after reloading mag called ->Lightning strikes twice", and the last players exotic node "provides a target being hit with constant screen shake for 15 seconds after target is shot". Point being... Traits that make the exotics EXOTIC and so we all have differences. These are just hypothesized of course. And it greatly lessens every exotic being exotically commonplace. 4) Dude... Comment on Strike Scoring. While the Team score is the most prevalent score shown, if you hit right bumper just after the rewards are dropped you will see the screen which shows the individual scores. I forget the name of this screen but you can see how badly you trounced RWG should you so desire. 👍 [spoiler]RWG now that you are reaching for my neck through the App (😱) let me point out that we all know that the game play is actually opposite of how I described but if I don't play to Sols vanity then may be a long time before I get back on the show 😉[/spoiler] That said, CONGRATULATIONS on getting 50 different voices and opinions on the show! -Thoughts on The Dawning The new gear sets are allot better looking. Finally Warlocks have some good looking, not a bird influenced gear. -Strike Scoring Pretty basic and didn't real add much for me. Once I get the RNG Ice Breaker quest they will be pointless again. Would have much prefered a quest for IB more like the one for Ghorn. -Queen's Wrath Missing the helmet and the gauntlets. Keep getting boots and class items. Adding bounties was much needed but how items are weighted to drop really needs to be looked at. -SRL Big fan.. love racing as a nice change up. Just wish it would stay. Not just private matches. I knew I saved my Momentum gear for something!! -That damn forklift The Coney Island spinning plates are more frustrating. The posts about it are hysterical. -Upgrading Legendary Sparrows Only need like 4 more and my collection is complete. Been working on that since yr 1. To many "balance" patches were rushed to satisfy a small portion of the game. Shotguns are fine. HC, Low Rate ARs and Pulses need work. Still say fusion rifles need less charge time. -Progression year 3 We progressed? When did that happen? Wouldn't exactly call what we did progression. I dont feel anymore powerful than 335. -Paid Trials ads on bnet Ban from Bnet 100% -Ornaments as transmog I seriously don't need anymore of these or Chroma.. so down for ANYTHING that can make them useful. Less than 150 seconds into the podcast and I already have a comment for ERN ACOLYTE, whom I am surprised has not commented on here yet. ERN if you think Illinois is boring just be thankful you are not in Iowa. I have been through Iowa multiple times and I have come to agree with many other observers that it is probably the closest one will find to Nirvana on earth; that is; it is the State of Perfect Nothingness. 😉 I am looking forward now to the next 121 minutes of this episode.

Awesome as always. -The Dawning: It's good. This is minimum how event should be going forward in Destiny. -SRL: great comeback. That forklift let me lose from 1st place all the way to 6th :( -Exotic Swords: I feel that it was a chore but it was well worth it for arguably the best PvE weapons in the game. PVP part need to have a choice between PVP and PvE in my opinion. -Paid carry isn't something new it was always there. Some streamers on twitch have sub carry or a paid guaranteed carry. The Bungie.net ppl want money for a carry build it self because of the high requirements there (exclusivity) what they are currently doings is creating the same issue that happened during "must be max light must have g.horn" era of Destiny. in my opinion Bungie is perfectly fine with paid carry as long as they don't cheat. I got my loot and the only thing I'm missing is an ice breaker which I hope I get soon. Keep up the good work.

It's like those Siva infested fallen finally grew a brain and wheeled out that forklift in the middle of the track and grafted it with the ground. Whomever's idea that was got an instant promotion to Captain. (I wonder if Randal is behind the forklift....)

Crawling through this cast as I have time, so sorry about the fragmented responses. About the raid revisions... Wish I could say I felt this was going to happen. I think the real reason aspects of VoG have appeared in the new Nexus strike is because Bungie already knows how to pull off these tricks. Think about it. The game is very modular, with pieces often mixed and matched. Look at ships, guns, armor, etc. All are just various combinations of the same components. I think Bungie has a goody bag of tricks already coded, and they only vary the combinations.
