Juggernaut shield is a regular move that has a few second cooldown. Golden gun is a super move. Regardless of how you spec your golden gun, it should be able to kill a Titan with juggernaut.
I think the duration and frequency are fine but lessen the amount of overshield juggernaut grants. Jugg shield is really OP right now and makes the shotgun meta worse.
Edit: I've seen a lot of comments about shoulder charge. FTR I never thought it needed a nerf, and I hope Bungie brings it back to pre-RoI cooldown and accuracy. In any case, a shoulder charge nerf does not justify having a regular shield that is invincible to supers among other things.

I think any golden gun shot should ohk a jug, not just keyhole. If a fusion rifle can blast through jug shield and get the kill then GG should too.

The shield "tanks" the shot because it isn't actually connected to the titan, its in front of them. Keyhole makes short work of them in a single shot and it kills the guardian too.

It's not stronger then GG you have 3 to 4 shots so just need to shoot the exposed bits, shoot the legs the shield does not encompass the entire titan. It's like how Shade step has true invincibility frames and can negate quite a lot of forms of damage and tracking and stickies and stuff. But you don't hear me complaining about it. I have no qualms about using more of my super to ensure a kill as long as I survive. And before you accuse me I may have a titan but I also mostly play Warlock and trying out Hunter and I've never used Jugg, I don't like sprinting the entire time I play and prefer super denial with unstoppable. I will admit that keyhole should pierce it though and before you say "why do I have to spec for this?" well surviving is always nice like how shadestep can avoid supers and it only has a 3 sec cooldown. Why does a Voidwalker have to spec with shatter for bubbles? I understand that you're comparing a super to an ability that does actually have a cool down, but then why can a shadestep negate damage from a super as well and no one complains? Blink can do the same even though it got nerfed. All classes have their own forms of Bs so why even bother complaining? I mean after Jugg then what's next stormcaller? And after that what, Nightstalker because all classes have BS?

3 RepliesIf I can take a titan out with the AR (on my titan) while they use it you can gg too. Like hunters and warlcks have blink, titans get a small shield. Also when I use gg and am up against a titan I shoot at the feet. Always works.

Time to clear things up. Jugg shield blocks damage from a weapon. Notice how Golden Gun takes the shield out in one hit but doesn't kill the Titan. That's because the shield negates damage that broke it. To fix this, Bungie should allow Keyhole to over penetrate the shield.

I've had Juggernaut Strikers block my Hammer of Sol but I don't get on the forums asking them to be nerfed and neutered like you hunter mains.

If there was a way they could increase resistance to minions of the darkness, while reducing resistance to guardians, I'd be for it. I'm sick of classes being destroyed because of pvp. I dislike a jug titan, but I'd rather see balance than another nerf.

2 RepliesI think you misunderstand why it can tank a golden gun. Jug shield will absorb any amount of one time damage. There is no penetration. So it doesn't matter if the damage exceeds it hp.

36 RepliesDuring the Shoulder Charge meta, when it became evident that it would be getting nerfed, a handful of Titans warned the community that this would happen. More Strikers would ditch SC in favour of Jugg, which would make PvP [i]many[/i] times worse. Were we right? Damn straight, we were. Am I sorry? Not even a little. I'm of the belief that Jugg should tank one [i]regular[/i] GG shot, but Keyhole should overpenetrate the shield and kill the Titan (the same goes for Armour-piercing rounds on weapon rolls). Just my thoughts.

Yet every post I've seen that mentioned the above says Titans should tank since they're the tank class, but we see this crap complaining about jugg tanking GG. 9 RepliesJugg shield should have the same HP as the Sunsinger's Melee shield. I don't see how it's logical for titans to be able to run minimum agility and still be able to move faster than Bladedancers with maximum agility, and in addition to that get a shield that can tank GG shots, fusion rifles, and most primary weapons before the victim gets shotgunned in the face.

here's what i think, juggernaut is a shield that can block either a set amount of damage, but can also black any type of ballistic shot when up (ballistic meaning a solid object, not explosions) so while it is up, it can stop any projectile but will disappear after taking a set amount of damage, if that make sence

Same thing with shadestep my sunsinger shouldn't have to be completely negated because of it. They should remove the disable tracking ability it has.
