I used to do this every November in other forums. I did one here last year, and here it is again. Whether you're super excited for them, or just interested in them, what are some of the games you are looking forward to next year in 2017? Provided of course, if there are no delays. I linked a wiki page with the releases. If anyone knows a better list, I'll edit it here. Anyway, let me start. :) From the top of my head, one of them is Gravity Rush 2. I was bummed out that it got pushed to January, but at least it's closer than say, March. lol Loved the first game. Got it for free for the Vita with PS+, and bought it when it was remastered for the PS4. I'd suggest checking it out. It's $20. Not a bad price, and not a bad port. The gyro controlling could use work though. It was better on the Vita. Resident Evil 7. Man. I can't wait for it. I've played the demo and, well, I only wished there was some combat in it. It doesn't need a lot of zombies or anything. Just like, 7 or something with some limited ammo for your gun. But the atmosphere is fantastic though. For Honor comes out the next month. I saw a stream of it and it looks really fun. But I'm gonna wait out on it because I'm certain Ubisoft will screw up on release like they did with Rainbow Six Siege and The Division. Both games I like, but server issues were asinine. Granted, I have both for Xbox One, (Only bought RB6) and I know those issues mainly came from the consoles, but still. No excuse. I might get it for console unless I know my PC can handle it. Nioh looked interesting, though I haven't played much of the demo. I should redownload it and play it. Reminded me of Onimusha a bit. And I loved that series. (Still need to beat Onimusha 3 and 4.) I think I noticed a bit of Dark Souls in there too. Halo Wars 2 is another on my list. Loved the first one, but WISHED it was on PC. I can't play RTS games with a controller. Definitely going to pick this one up for the PC. Even if it means downloading it from the Windows 10 store if I have to. Horizon: Zero Dawn looks interesting. Need to look up gameplay footages for it so I can decide if I want it. Definitely looking forward to Ghost Recon: Wildlands. Future Soldier wasn't "bad", but it didn't feel too much like Ghost Recon to me. I don't think it's because of the futuristic stuff in the game. But that might have helped. And this one looks like they're going back to modern combat like the original Ghost Recon titles. But like I said earlier, I'm going to wait on reviews. The rest are unscheduled releases. Crackdown 3. Loved the first one. Liked the second one, though it felt a bit lacking. The wingsuit was cool though. Can't wait to see what 3 brings into the table. Apparently Call of Cthulhu is coming next year? I think there was a Call of Cthulhu from years back, right? I'm guessing this is a remaster version? Interesting. Let me know if you guys know more about it. Injustice 2. Man, the first one was awesome. Not sure what to feel about this one though. Would like to see more. Mass Effect: Andromeda because I loved the series. Though I really didn't like the stupid comments the lead designer said. List goes on. lol I'll just drop these here and then post this. Red Dead Redemption 2. Nuff said. Though I'm going to get it for Xbox, (more than likely my brother will get it) I'm really angry at Rockstar's direction with not releasing it for the PC. If you want to get it for PC and you have a console, please don't buy it for console. Send a message to Rockstar. Agony. Man. I don't know. It's kind of late right now and don't want to write more here. lol But looks really cool and metal af. Hopefully the game itself is not bad. I don't know if Scorn is a 2017 release. It may or may not be. Might come out the next year instead. Anyway, interested in this one too. Well guys, there you have it. I also wanted to add in Star Citizen, but you can buy the game right now and play. If you want to. The game of course it's still in development. I'm pissed that they're not releasing it on steam.
