Nah I like frantic in-your-face stuff. Its the more measured long range stuff that bores me. But hey, to each his own.

Can be frustrating but I prefer shotgun fests over sniper fests.

Do they camp in little corners waiting for you to get to close and then shotgun you?

Its boring for snipers who cant handdle close combat that anmoying strategy of hide in a corner of the map and shot is useless.

Yeah, but it's not we didn't have like this in year one. Been there, done that, killed by the same shotguns, at least until Felwinter's Lie came around. And at the time all you heard was nerf shotguns so people use more specials, like maybe snipe. And some of us argued, well if all you do is nerf shotguns we're going to end up with a sniper meta, and boom headshot what the hell happened? A sniper meta. And then we'll nerf shotguns again, and people will go back to snipers. And all because people can't understand that the special weapon problem only became an actual problem when primaries in general got weakened. If I can close the gap and one shot you with a special before you can kill me with a primary, why in the freaking world would I choose the weaker primary weapon? Some dumb idea of fair play? What's one of Shaxx' fav lines? "The crucible is no place for mercy!" Yeah. People use specials because they're faster and more efficient at getting the job done. Want specials to be niche weapons pulled out in those specific situations then you gotta have primaries that win every time against specials except in those situations. It should be near impossible to run across a room through my hail of bullets to one shot me. And you won't get there by nerfing special ammo again (which would inevitably screw over PvE again as well)

I love supremacy because it's fast paced action. Pre sniper nerf all you saw was the LDR, Longbow and 1kS. Crucible was just a boring snipe fest that came down to who had the most aim assist. However this is just my opinion. And because we're on the Internet and this is 2016 my opinion is irrelevant because I disagree with you

1 ReplyI love people that are already whining about ONE game mode having a slight shotgun bias, when its been almost a year since shotguns have seen any sort of usefulness. Snipers had their time, let the shotguns come back.

All the slide/shotgun fails, I find this I.B. the most humorous & fun so far.

Not boring, just tiresome. Sniper play is boring. Shotguns is just cheesy but at least players are actively engaged. Control is better bcs it's balanced in shotgun and sniper play. Clash and Supremacy are the extremes of both.
