2 RepliesThe only thing they could change is maybe give 50 rep for losses. It wouldn't hurt anything imo. I'm already at rank five, and I think we only lost maybe 2 or 3 times, 7 total losses between today and yesterday. Still, 50 rep for a loss would remove the need for those medallions imo. It would ease the pain of soloqueuers.

Rank 5 on all three characters. IB took me from 268 to 281 in 48 hours on my main. Best IB to date in my opinion.

I was able to rank up two characters to level 5 (i had the day off so i did get to play about 8 hours) but still it feels much quicker and I am not a great pvp-er (my three characters have a k/d of .87-1.2) also had a ton of loot drops between bounties, rank ups and post match drops

1 ReplyI think Bungie buffed IB reward drops to counter the removed tempered buff and no more reputation increase when wearing the IB class items, shaders, and emblems.

Hit rank 5 yesterday on one, will grind out the other two over the next few days. Rewards were OK. I'd like to have seen the shaders drop for me, but there's still time.

3 RepliesOn another note, how many points do you have to be losing by for the mercy rule to activate? Had a game at 50 to 120 and it was still going. That's a 35 kill difference (assuming you grab the crest after). Anyone else noticed this?

Really miss bounties. I don't like PVP. having bounties gave me an objective and made it playable. Now you only get four the whole week. Looks like this will be the only IB I play just to get the achievement.

I think they really hit the nail on the head here. While my teams aren't always helpful, and my aim has been atrocious lately, I'm still having fun going for crests. I did finally get a W after four losses. Hopefully they keep this up, more awesome looking loot, more fun, less grind.

It's nice to know you can get it done when you want, rather than feeling pressured if you haven't got all week to do it. Loot has been awesome too.

Quite glad about the tempered mechanic gone, as I wont be able to play this weekend. Means I've got half a chance of getting to rank 5 on all 3 characters this IB Just wish the lag wasn't so dam prevalent!!!!!! The loot is worth going through the frustration for though :)
