*BIG ALERT! IRON BANNER IS DROPPING ARTIFACTS AT OR ABOVE YOUR LIGHT LEVEL! Get in there Guardians and reap the rewards!* ....... With the drop of Rise of Iron, many of the vendors have been forgotten by many players, mainly Eris. However, Eris is actually the best way to get an artifact at or above your light level with the exception of Hoard chests (Skeleton Keys are pretty rare though). What you want to do is go to the Dreadnaught and head over to the Court of Oryx. Just start up a low level event, like Tier 1, and once you complete it you'll get a bounty. Once you complete this first bounty you'll get 250 rep, then you'll get a second bounty worth 500, and once you complete the second bounty you get a third and final bounty that gives you a whopping 750 rep points for Eris. This means that you can get 1500 rep points for Eris per week from bounties alone, but how do you get the other 1,500 rep points for Eris. Well, there's a lot of ways actually. 1.) Doing events in the court of Oryx gives you Eris rep. Tier 1=25 points, Tier 2=50 points, and Tier 3=100 points. (If you need runes to start the events, Eris sells reciprocal and stolen runes in exchange for glimmer and black wax idols.) 2.) Exchanging 25 wormspore gives you 50 rep points. The best way to collect wormspore is to get a ghost shell that gives you wormspore when looting engrams on the Dreadnought(with all of the green engrams dropping everywhere, you should get a nice amount of materials.) 3.) Look at your abandoned quests in the kiosk next to the Vanguard leaders. There may be a few quests that give you Eris rep! 4.) Completing encounters and opening chests in Crota's End gives rep as well (credit goes to Battousai2086 for this one) I'll add to this post in the future on how to complete the bounties quickly. In the meantime bump this post so that people can see it! And remember, Destiny is LITTERED with RNG. An artifact is NOT GUARANTEED! There's a high chance for an artifact to drop (anywhere between 70-80%), but you could still end up with nothing.
