No there are not. There are only numbers that justify your post. None of those numbers correlate to your argument. And again. What numbers do you want from me? Because I still haven't put forth a statement that disputes yours. I am still only disputing your claim that your argument is based on statistics when it really is not. I really don't understand why it's so difficult to grasp. You are selling yourself as a numbers guy, yet you cannot, will not, refuse to, see the need for more numbers and context. I have never called out for a nerf or a buff in this thread, in this forum, or in this game. That to me is not what one should do. If you feel something is unbalanced one should have to argue that with analyses of mechanics and yes statistics, get your arms deep into it, put your back into it. You however have only touched on the superficial part of the numbers game. Like I have been saying for a while. Your numbers only give you justification, while your actual argument boils down to. "I don't understand the change, and I want it my way instead." Which is exactly the mindset you argue against in your opening, your title, and your general dismissal of mine and others criticism.

You are giving me an impossible task. You are giving me ultimatums that I clearly cannot answer. Are Titans the weakest class in the game? - not sufficient evidence to support this one way or the other. Which is what I have been saying. The value or weakness is at this level subjective. And even if it wasn't one cannot base that answer on two generalized statistics as they do not give us the complete picture of what is valuable or not. Do those number support and what Bungie has said about the subclass? - This is a very bad sentence. The numbers does support the idea that some Titan sub classes have an lower K/D-ratio. However they are not of a sufficient quality for a number of reasons. The marginal differences between the classes is what I believe is within the margin of error and the inputs are heavily skewed, because you have twice as much data for 6 out of 9 classes. Bungie's comments on said issue have been just as subjective as yours. They might be based on good statistical work, but that was never argued, nor tried proven. Just because someone says they have the evidence, or are right, does not give their statement anymore clout. At the very least not when the same people are being criticized for not using proper data behind their actions by the same person using their statements as "good" evidence. Is this Current Nerf Justified? - I don't know whether the "nerf" is justified or not. We do not know the full reasoning behind the nerf, we do not (at this point) have enough data to support any theory one way or the other. Any answer yes or no to all 3 of those questions would have been 100% subjective and not based on evidence in any way. I can give you my subjective answers, but that doesn't serve a purpose when you so adamantly stated that one should not push their own subjective opinion without empirical evidence. And as I have said many times. I wholeheartedly agree. One should not push their subjective opinion without some form of objective reasoning. You however. You are acting like a wolf in sheep's clothing. Why? because you keep pushing your subjective reasoning as objective on the pretense that it is based on empirical evidence when it is in fact not.

Anyways. The more apt question to ask you would probably be something along the lines of. What reason do you have to claim titans are the weakest class in the game and what is your definition of weakest? What mechanic(s) does the numbers you have produced and Bungie's statement accurately address? Why is or is not the current nerf justified? I bet I know your answer to two of those questions.
