Mass Effect Trilogy Remaster "likely," says EA
Just read this in an IGN article. If they end up doing this, I'll buy it in a heartbeat, no matter how much it costs. Even though I already own all three games on PS3, I'd be positively happy to buy it again in shiny new HD graphics and all DLC (hopefully). With other remasters, I usually say "is this really necessary?" but with Mass Effect, I don't ask any questions, I just buy it immediately. If you've never played the Mass Effect games before, and EA ends up remastering the trilogy, I would HIGHLY recommend buying it.
Is anyone other fans as excited about this as I am?

GOD DAMN IT, I -blam!-ing knew EA would pull this shit. I just want to play ME2 & 3 on the Xbox one, and with this remaster coming out I guarantee they will never go backwards compatible. I already bought the goddamn games, just let me play them.

If a remastered ME3 multiplayer is included, nothing will stop me from buying it.

I've heard a lot of great things about mass effect. I would defiantly buy it. I've been wanting to buy mass effect 1 on my Xbox 1 since its been available.

Already have them on PC, not interested in a remaster. I don't think I own a single remaster that's been made yet, no plans on ever buying one either.

1 ReplyWhat was surprising was when EA said they weren't going to do this. I guess some bean counter started wondering why every other publisher periodically re-releases their hit games and crunched some numbers that showed that these things make an easy buck.

I heard the rumors but I only played the first one a bit. I disarmed the bombs on the train, got to the station then never touched it again after I got lost trying to get the floating brain a pass to distribute his literature. Never touched numero dos or tres either. It wasn't lack of interest, I just got busy then forgot about the title.

I'm happy about it as I switch from 360 to ps4 and my 360 is broken nowadays. Can't wait for that sweet sweet me3 multiplayer

3 RepliesBorrowed my lil bro 360 and I'm currently replaying the trilogy for the 3rd or fourth time. Just started the third game two days ago. My favorite trilogy for sure and I would buy a remaster in a heartbeat even if didn't play them right away. I was tired of waiting for backward compatibility
