I am on my 13th hour of work today. I am an independent contractor that works as a 3rd party environmental inspector. My field is conservational biology. With a speciality in endangered reptiles. But I'm sure you are far more educated and paid significantly better than I am. I know this because you read a lore book about a video game.

Wow way to step up for your country, all real patriots opt out of tough decisions. Expecially when you have to weigh options on which candidate will be better for your future. Good choice though defer your vote that way if who ever gets elected messes up you can tell your friends you did not vote for that person. Forget what DeTocqueville said about the two-party system in America bringing about improvement through constant competition between antithetical ideologies; while [i]Democracy in America[/i] is a great read, and I'd suggest it to anyone who wishes to earn the accolade of being "well-read", an individual abstaining from voting in a Presidential election because they don't wish to cast a vote in support of either candidate does not automatically mean they are un-patriotic or un-American, and in some cases, the individual who abstains may have much more integrity than one who simply chooses the lesser of two evils in order to fulfill some nationalistic duty to participate in the election process (which, in the case of a Presidential Election, is determined by the vote of the Electoral College, and not the popular vote, anyway). The false analogy you present reminds me of a Political mantra from a few elections back, you may or may not remember it: "Vote or Die!" championed by none other than Sean Puff P Diddy Dirty Money Daddy Combs. Abstaining purposefully from a choice between two unacceptable candidates is a perfectly intelligent and respectable option, as is writing in a candidate who, due to the two-party system, which caters to the less intelligent more than it does the near-to-genius intelligence range, has no practical chance of winning.
