Scion Flayer Cloak - normal/low level strike
How does the cloak show up when it drops? Is it going to show up like an armor/weapon reward on the side of the screen under vanguard points/progression after 3rd one is dead or do you have to wait for the post game rewards screen?
Can anyone confirm you can actually farm it via low level strike?

Edited by BabababaBam: 5/24/2016 10:23:18 AMafter killing the flyer it will drop its respective cloak/ a scout. so keep an eye out for the balls after the last flyer is dead. also check your post master too.

Had quite a few of them from the high level strike. We each picked a flyer & used swords taking them all out in under a minute. Pick the colour you want & make sure your flyer is the last one to die & hope the Flyer drops you an engram.

Don't waste your time trying to grind for it on anything but the nightfall as the drop rate for them is a lot better for it there, also the last flayer you kill will correspond with which mantle you get so if you kill the arc one last you will get the arc one

run this strike so many times and never got a damn thing

Psion Flayer Cloak drops off the last psion to die as a purple engram. If you're lucky, you'll pick up the cloak from that engram immediately, the colour being the same from the last psion to die

All strike specific loot drops directly at the place you have killed the boss and not as a post game reward.

Drops like any other strike exclusive, off the boss. Not in post game rewards.

Shows up at the side of the screen, I think as a reward at the end of the strike (don't know for sure with mantles because I've never had one drop). You can get the rewards from low-level strikes but the drop rate may be lower (it's low enough anyway, so who could tell?)
