It is too damn easy to reach 335
I my opinion, it is ridiculous how easy it is to reach 335. It's so pathetically easy, a person who knows nothing at all about the game can be carried up to 335 by their friends. Its not like the old days when you actually had to work to get good gear, and get to level 30, 32, or 34. Now its a breeze to become extremely over powered. Especially with the three of coins bull. Its no longer the fun challenging game I knew and loved, feel free to criticize my opinion as much as you wish.

Bungie has a their foot so far up my ass I'm still trying to find my last 3 pieces of gear to reach 335. They have a funny way of giving me 334 light gear when I'm 334. Like cmon...

Oh boo hoo. So people can hit the level cap. You'll just have to find some other way to artificially inflate your sense of superiority over other players. Grimoire? Certain exotics? Emblems? Fatebringer?

3 RepliesI view it more as 335 not being the goal now, its having a multiple specific 335 set ups for multiple needs more easily. Rather than agonising over what primary to bring up to 320, i can have potentially 10 335 primaries, secondaries etc. So much potential for experimentation now.

getting the right perks and rolls on weapons plush trying to the the right amount intellect, discipline, and strength in armor is the challenge. I am almost there to 335 but I got my armor set to 100% intellect and 100% discipline. 8)

1 ReplyThe goal is no longer to get to max level. That's part of it, but the real goal is getting all the gear you want to make the best builds/sets you can and enjoying what you like doing with your favorite gear, always at max light if you want to be.

Easier now? Absolutely Nothing easy about RNG, but I agree that a taken tot can be carried for the opportunity at higher light drops. RNGeezus (blam)-ing hates me VoG - forever 29 until one week before TDB TDB - easy to 32 HoW- easy to 34 TK - forever 319/334

Who cares? It's not like there's any prize for getting to 335. Also, there's not one single activity in the game that even requires you to be 335, so at the end of the day it really doesn't matter.

5 Replies"Only special snow flakes care about it being too easy". Bite me. No I enjoy the reward for the work. Seriously this was just given to us. I went from 320 to 334 in one week, on all three characters. That is not the way it is supposed to work. There were plenty of people who got to 335 in the first day. I'm happy for people to be able to get to max level and the last leveling system was too much of a grind, but this is too easy.
