To those who wear the Taken gear without the full set...
...stop. I don't care what shader you put on, you look terrible and it's embarrassing.

Just to add to the butt hurt I'm going to say that if you bought silver to buy the Sterling bullshit you are pathetic. Save your hard earned cash for Doom or Dark Souls or if you're on PlayStation Uncharted or No Man's Sky. Don't waste your money on this trash, reskinned gear that can be earned in game for free. Christ.

I'm not going to compromise stats/perks just to look better. When I have a full taken set with stuff I want in it, then I'll wear it all. I wear the chest piece, helm, and bond on my Warlock with Nothing Manacles and Spektar Boots. It looks perfectly fine. Also, I used leftover silver that I didn't even know I had until I recently returned to the game. I wouldn't have purchased any sterling packages otherwise. Finally, why would I have to save money for games? I make more than enough money to outright buy any game I want without worrying about finances whatsoever.

1 ReplyI put $60 aside every quarter for destiny Dlc. If they dont have dlc then i will use the money for silver to buy emotes or whatever eververse has at the time for cool stuff. Cost me 20 to get full taken and spektar set for my hunter.

Ive sorta given up on even looking fashionable. Most of my gear are based on stats and perks, but goddamn does it make it hard to look anywhere decent. If that taken armour has good perks, I'm gonna be using it no matter how ugly i look
