I know how they work and if that's your rng then it's broken. They should drop fairly often and I haven't had one in ages but people I play with get one every 5 or 6 three of coins.

It's not broken, it does seem that way sometimes though, even to me. It literally has random in the name, so I know if I keep trying I'll get something eventually.
