Trans people in bathrooms
A Washington state human rights committee recently decreed that LGBT people, or basically anyone else who wants to, can use whichever bathroom they desire. This was not a part of any legislative bill, and was basically an "executive order" from this group. This could possibly result in all sorts of social incidents, or it may not.
Important edit: this doesn't apply to exclusively trans people. According to this rule, anyone can use whichever one that they want to.

6 RepliesGender identity/transsexuality is a bunch of Grade-A bullshit. You're born with a penis or a vagina. Whichever one you have determines your gender/sex, and, depending on if you believe in God(s), I'm pretty sure He/They didn't design us thinking "I'll give him a penis, but make him want to be a woman!" No. If you're trans, I will refer to you as your "past" name and "past" sex. (I say "past" because they never changed.) Honestly, if you're a feminine feeling man, you're probably just homosexual. Same goes for the masculine women out there.

You can use whatever bathroom you want, but don't come barging in saying "Hey I'm a woman but I'm going to use the men's room!" No one cares and no one wants to care.

Transgenders maybe although it would make sense if they only use the one that they identify with. Anyone else, why? If you're homosexual you're attracted to your own sex so wouldn't you want to just use your own one?

I just read that there is a new bill they are trying to push through that would make this whole conversation moot. They are saying they will need to use diapers and not be allow to use either bathroom if they legally change their gender, true story

7 RepliesFor people who say "They should just go to the one they identify as". We do. The problem is if your ID doesn't say what you identify as you could get in serious trouble. Then it just comes down to social stigma. If you don't pass well as the gender you identify as it can be dangerous
