I main a Titan and I have no problem admitting that Sunbreaker was slightly OP, they should have only tweaked a few things though, instead, they ruined the whole class all at once. The only thing worth running now is the suncharge; the hammers are hardly even worth throwing. Strikers are so much better in my opinion. Heck, the Peregrine greaves let you one shot Sunbreakers. (Still need to see if they one shot self rez locks)
