if Bungie doesn't fix snipers, i'm leaving
The current meta is a snipefest. People
hardscope down every line of sight, it is
impossible to peak a corner without being
sniped by someone.
I think that all snipers should have less
special ammo to stop them from camping.
Bungie also needs to reduce the amount of
aim assist on 1000 yard aim assist, it is
incredibly OP because you can aim at their
toes and still get a headshot.
Edit: You skrubs are so butthurt that Bungies gonna nerf your 1000 yard aim assist crutch

Just figure out a exploit with snipers and it will be patched quickly! Now if it generated silver the would be fixed in 24 hours.

2 RepliesThey need.... Natural sway Or Bullet time Or Significantly less bullet and AA magnetism Many games have no AA on there snipers and it rewards a skilled hand. And on top of that they normally have bullet time, drop and are bolt action. Go play planetside 2 for an impressive sniper experience. Holding your breath reduces sway, doesn't remove it.

Funny how people complain about sniping. Pick one up and get good with it then. Not anyone's fault but your own that you have been shotscrubbin since day one. And when you say aim assist is the reason they are op, that just proves how ignorant you are in the matter.

1 ReplyI would say confidentiality that 70% of sniper on destiny do not hard scope, the maps are too short. Also, by definition a sniper should be hard scoping lol. The taken king gave miss snipers 1 good high impact sniper 1000 yard stare, you can need it but a new one will just emerged. Also, for all the assistants say it ´´aims itself´´, maybe stop running into sniper lanes. #YearOneLowGradeHumility

I have 2 1000yard stare, I'll tell you why. 320, Unflinching Eye of Storm (more accurate when health is low) Snap shot Used in Trials to head shot people on the revive. I also use it during normal crucible (so I'm not rusty with it in trials). I actually want less aim assist so the reticle would not drag to the reviver. 319, Unflinching Triple tap (gives +1 ammo on 3 head shots) Casket mag (gives 5 mag) (Up to 7 head shots in 1 reload) Used in Raids when In places where a heavy weapons is dropped. The Damage is equal to the black spindle but has a better fire rate and when I'm reloading I reset my weapons buff, which spindle users tend not to do. It doesn't take up an exotic position and has better damage output. Aim assist is good here because of the flinching and recoil.
