If you aren't 295+, you haven't beaten the raid. You also don't do nearly as much damage against oryx as I would. I have every right to want to search for players that are actually experienced and have the best gear. I've helped out multiple teams of noobs, but there are times that I just don't have that kind of patience. I've spent enough time wiping over and over because 2 players are incompetent.
