Maybe because its not a single yellow bar enemy, but 10 red bar Psions and/or Thralls swarming into the bubble? Without Saints 14, Defenders have little to no crowd control unlike a Warlock's chaining abilities. Edit: I do try to use firefly to offset it, but it only works [i]some[/i] of the time.
