Without a doubt the absolute worst quest in this game.
You guessed it. Im talking about the chaperone quest. This is bs..like i realize there are people good at crucible. Im okay at best with an average 1.04 k/d i dont claim to be good
But thus far ive learned.
1 point per kill with tlw
Maybe 2 for headshot
-1 for death
-2 for death
Which now means i have to get 3 points to even think about getting a point.

1 ReplyTook me 30mins to finish it lol. Btw, if you think this is bad, you're in for a ride. You gotta do the 290 light version of the f*ckboi brothers with almost everyone having shields. And you know what's funny? If you don't land the killing blow with a shotgun on both brothers, you gotta redo it.

Try the crucible quest line for the nightfall tier bounty.....it's so tedious :/

6 RepliesI just posted an extremely easy way to cheese the first part. Just use any weapon you want, and as long you go positive and and switch to TLW before the game is over, you get all the percentage mah mang

What do you receive when the quest is complete?

It's not that bad. You only need to have the last word equipped. By that, I mean that you can get kills with any other gun and the points still count. As long as you have the TLW in the primary slot. Hope this helps.

You dont even need to kill with the last word. Use a shotty and machine gun and go to town

I started about an hour ago with 5% one hour later I'm at 94% you wanna know the secret? Supers. I'm telling you with storm trance I make HUGE jumps of like 20 or 15%

I'll admit that I haven't even gotten this quest, so I can't attest to difficulty or anything like that. Somehow I doubt it's as hard as people are making it out to be, but that's just me. The big thing bugging me about that quest is the sheer amount of people using the last word. It wasn't fun to fight pre 2.0, and it sure as shit isn't fun to fight now. They nerf it, make it so people aren't using it quite so much and it's great. Still usable, but not meta anymore. Then they spring this shit and suddenly everybody's using it again. I want to see new things in the crucible god damn it.

It's bs, I know but I read that you do not need to get every kill with TLW. You just need to have it in your primary slot. What really makes this quest a pain is the 2% death penalty. What were they thinking?

I played rift and just stayed back at my teams base the whole time. Don't go for heavy, don't go in. Just stay back and play conservative

I finished the first part last night. What ill say is... Camp. The higher the killsiis the more % it goes up. Rift is a good place for it.
