Got it to work now!!!!!
Deleted the download that was taken img forever
Then restored purchase license on PS4
Turned off PS4
Turned it back on
Then let it automatically download without touching anything
Took forever to prepare
But came up with 3 mins left.

Sorry restore licenses on settings the PSN account management.

Did you hit options on the game icon to restore purchase? Or go to account settings
