Most likely tied to trials like it was originally supposed to.

It's business pure and simple MS didn't wanna pay more for exclusives so we (X1 owners) don't get them. As for Xbone moaners we get plenty of other exclusives so why bitch when PS finally gets some? It's time to get over being loyal to a brand be loyal to gaming instead.
