NERF/FIX HUNTER MELEE

Title said it all, I'm not one to whine about a nerf, but this is getting out of hand. The hunters backstab melee is broken, it sometimes activates right when your in front of them, also most hunters or people that use hunter know for a fact that when a warlock self revives in front of them and you go for the shotgun melee tactic, the backstab perk will activate when your looking straight at them,
Tl;Dr
Make backstab perk actually work on only backstabs
Edit:people who will deny it or will be against it will be hunter I bet..... And yes I main a warlock but I've been on my hunter recently and the reason I made this post was because twice in a game I got back stabbed in front of me when I had blade dancer

EDIT: Most idiotic people come in here and complain about the warlock melee being op, sure yeah it's op but this is a thread talking about a BUG with the hunter melee, go create your own thread and talk about why and what makes it OP, might get someones attention......

EDIT: Also a fair mention of another bug with the hunter that hopefully gets fixed is that, backstab sometimes DOESN'T proc on a backstab, also what happens is that when you go in to do damage or go in for the finishing damage with your melee, it does the jabbing animation into them but does NO DAMAGE whatsoever to them, pisses me off ~_~

2 RepliesNerf, no... Hunter melee is weak compared to the Warlocks. I would agree that if there is a bug where the backstab perk is getting applied from the front then that needs to be fixed. That being said, the Hunter melee should be buffed to match the Warlocks anyway so if the bug makes them equal then there isn't much to be talking about.

2 RepliesDon't nerf my hunter melee... We already have the weakest melee, and trying to fix blink strike might screw up the entire melee... (I don't use blink strike btw I'm not a bitch) I use fast twitch when I use bladedancer if at all

1 ReplyI main a hunter and backstab is definitely temperamental and I agree with OP to a certain extent. Occasionally I'll melee someone face to face and backstab will activate. Other times I'll be certain I punched dude in the back and backstab won't activate!

1 ReplyI don't think it's the perk itself, I'm thinking its the HoW gauntlets with the perk together that makes it all wacky, that's the only time I've done it.

2 RepliesI prefer a throwing knife. Slashing at your enemies back isn't as funny as watching them run around while on fire with a footling knife sticking out of their head.
