Why the -blam!- are people asking for 34 only on crota
If you do this, you are an ass.
Edit 1.. I have 3 34's myself just don't understand why some people are so unwilling to help new people..

11 RepliesIt's because they're scrubs. I haven't done Crota since HoW came out, let alone since I've been 34. Used to do it in 31 all the time. Let alone carry 30s through. These are all the same players who demand you have ghorn for no reason then wonder why Bungie would nerf it.

It isn't because a lower level can't do it. It is because why would any player capable of raiding not be 34 yet? It is not hard. There are some good reasons I can think of, but you don't run a background check on fireteam members, you just glance at their level and gear.

Perhaps. Or perhaps the person making the request has gotten to the point where they aren't interested in raid beyond the need to farm it like anything else in the game. I remember when folks were happy to be invited to VoG at the Atheon checkpoint. Now most want the Templar instead for Fatebringer.

Normal or hard? Hard I get. Seems like being a level above enemies is a little "safer" than being same. I know soloing the lamps as a 34 sure feels easier than when I did it with a 32.

3 RepliesI've seen a post asking for atheon hard lvl 33s+ only. I told the guy it's a lvl 30 raid only 2 lvls above will make a difference, but he said anyone below 33 is a noob and will not know how to do the oracle's, but truly you could be a lvl 29 with amazing skill and they would not accept you.

1 ReplyI miss the old days where you ran VOG on hard at lvl 29 and 30. I also miss when you run crota at 31 and 32 and people actually knew what to do. Nowadays people just get to lvl 33 and 34 easily and you can't tell weather they know how to do VOG or crota.

4 RepliesI love playing Sherpa for the lower guys. It's fun teaching them how the VoG and Crota raids work. I wish someone did the same for me my first few times through. I saw someone on LFG request a 34 Titan with maxed Gjally for 32 POE, called his ass out and said he just wanted it to go faster. Lol get real!
